Why we exist
Coding agents got good at executing tickets. What did not get automated is everything around the ticket: turning a product idea into correctly-sequenced work, keeping documentation honest as the code moves, deciding what a bug is worth, and knowing which change is safe to ship. In a small team, that invisible work is what actually consumes the engineers.
So we built the loop, not the ticket. Architect agents keep a living map of the codebase. Planner agents turn PRDs into sequenced, code-grounded tickets. Builder agents ship them test-first. And the three decisions that carry real accountability, approving the plan, approving the PR, and calling the deploy, stay with humans, structurally.
What we believe
Brownfield is the real market. Demos are greenfield; businesses are not. The hard, valuable problem is evolving a system that already has customers on it.
Autonomy needs an architecture of control. A gate you can configure away is a suggestion. Ours are load-bearing.
Pricing should survive a budget meeting. Flat plans, a ticket allowance, no token metering. You should never be afraid of your agent's invoice.
Honesty compounds. When a ticket stalls, you get told. When the map drifts from the code, you get a flag. When we are not the right fit yet, we say so in the demo.
